oneRoof Youth Services:
oneRoof provides community youth services to individuals, aged 12-25, who are experiencing or are at-risk of homelessness in Waterloo Region. oneRoof constructed, in partnership with John MacDonald Architecture and Ball Construction, a new building on Sheldon Avenue in Kitchener. The new structure is a residential building providing 44 single studio units to support individuals needing a home as part of their Next Steps Housing Program. This Housing program pairs independence with a mix of helpful in-house and community resources. On-site staffing allows for prompt supportive action and cultivates a sense of security for it’s residents.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
G&A Lock and Security, as a division of Knell’s, installed Salto Access Control and Axis Camera Station Video Management system at this new residential building. We also upgraded existing buildings with Salto Access Control and Axis Camera Station Video Management system.
