Circa 1877:
A 19 Storey, 187 Unit Condominium Complex in Waterloo, Ontario’s Westmount neighbourhood. Uniquely situated steps away from the Uptown, and is on the LRT route. This building fuses historical brick and beam elements from the former Brick Brewing Company building with modern architecture. Building amenities include sky terrace with cabanas, full yoga and fitness facilities, a chefs kitchen, wet bar and private terraces for each suite.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
G&A Lock and Security, as a division of Knell’s, installed a Salto Access Contol System and Axis Cameras. The Door & Hardware Division of Knell’s provided the hardware, hollow metal doors and frames for this project.
