Revive on Erb:

Orignally a Queen Anne Style residence built in 1890 as the homestead of Jacob Gaukel Stroh. Stroh was a local tanner amongst other things and the founder of Waterloo Tannery. His homestead at 72 Erb Street East was Revived in 2021 as a 15 Unit rental building (13 One Bedroom and 2 Two Bedroom). PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
G&A Lock and Security, as a division of Knell’s, installed Salto access control. The Door & Hardware Division of Knell’s provided the hardware, hollow metal door and frames and automatic door operators for this project.
