The Jake is a low-rise condo development in North Wateroo’s Lakeshore Neighborhood, offering 105 Units. Uniquely situated within proximity to both a downtown core and a quiet suburb. The Jake is minutes away from uptown Waterloo to the south and St. Jacob’s and Laurel Creek Conservation Area to the north.

– DSC Fire Panel Monitoring
– Record Automatic Door operators
The Door & Hardware division of Knell’s provided the hardware, hollow metal doors and frames for this project.
