Revive on Erb

Orignally a Queen Anne Style residence built in 1890 as the homestead of Jacob Gaukel Stroh. Stroh was a local tanner amongst other things and the founder of Waterloo Tannery. His homestead at 72 Erb Street East was Revived in 2021 as a 15 Unit rental building (13 One Bedroom and 2 Two Bedroom). A 19 Storey, 187 Unit Condominium Complex in Waterloo, Ontario’s Westmount neighbourhood. Uniquely situated steps away from the Uptown, and is on the LRT route. This building fuses historical brick and beam elements from the former Brick Brewing Company building with modern architecture. Building amenities include sky terrace with cabanas, full yoga and fitness facilities, a chefs kitchen, wet bar and private terraces for each suite.
